Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using QuickPost, including account access, social platform connections, content publishing, subscriptions and third-party services.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QuickPost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

These terms apply to the QuickPost website, account features, connected social platform tools, publishing workflows, AI-assisted features and related services.

2. QuickPost service

QuickPost helps users prepare, manage and publish short-form video content across connected social platforms through official platform APIs and authorization flows.

Features may include video upload, caption management, hashtag tools, scheduling, publishing history, analytics, AI-assisted content suggestions and subscription management.

Some features may be unavailable, limited, delayed or subject to review based on the rules, approval status or technical limitations of third-party platforms.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account or connected social accounts have been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a way that creates risk, violates these terms or violates platform policies.

4. Social platform connections

You may connect social accounts only if you have the right to authorize QuickPost to access and publish to those accounts.

QuickPost relies on official APIs and OAuth authorization where available. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms, policies, review requirements and technical limits.

You can revoke QuickPost access through the relevant social platform settings. Disconnecting or revoking access may stop publishing, analytics or other platform-related features.

Social account limits are based on unique social accounts used per platform during each monthly usage cycle. Disconnecting a social account does not reset or free the account slot during that cycle. The same social account may be reconnected without consuming an additional slot.

5. User content

You retain ownership of videos, captions, hashtags and other content you upload or create through QuickPost.

You grant QuickPost the limited permission needed to host, process, preview, analyze, schedule, transmit and publish your content according to your instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or the rules of any connected platform.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use QuickPost to publish illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, spammy or platform-prohibited content.

You may not attempt to bypass platform limitations, security controls, review requirements, rate limits or official API restrictions.

You may not reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or misuse the service, or use QuickPost to collect data in a way that violates law or platform policies.

7. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted captions, hashtags, hooks or descriptions are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, compliant, suitable for a specific platform or free from errors.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, usage limits, billing periods and included features are shown on the pricing page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. QuickPost does not store full credit card numbers.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing period if you do not want to renew.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion or where required by law.

9. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep QuickPost reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

QuickPost depends on third-party platforms, hosting, authentication, storage, payment processors and APIs. Changes, outages, reviews or restrictions from those providers may affect the service.

10. Intellectual property

QuickPost, including its software, interface, branding, design, workflows and documentation, is owned by QuickPost or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell or exploit the service except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.

11. Termination

You may stop using QuickPost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay required fees or misuse connected platforms.

After termination, some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required for legal, security, billing or operational reasons.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

QuickPost is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickPost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, failed publications or platform account actions.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.

Continued use of QuickPost after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
