Getting Started
What is QuickPost?+
QuickPost lets you upload one video, write one caption and publish it to multiple connected social accounts from one place.
How do I get started?+
Create an account, choose a plan, connect your social accounts in Settings, open New Post, upload a video, select destinations, then publish or schedule it.
Create a postDo I need to install anything?+
No. QuickPost runs in a supported web browser and does not require a desktop installation.
Can I use QuickPost on mobile?+
Yes. QuickPost is responsive and can be used from a mobile browser. A stable connection is recommended for video uploads.
Creating Posts
How do I create a post?+
Open New Post, upload your video, enter the description and hashtags, choose the connected accounts, review the settings and select Publish.
Create a postCan I post the same content on multiple platforms?+
Yes. QuickPost sends the same uploaded video and shared caption to every selected account while applying supported platform settings.
Can I customize the post for each platform?+
QuickPost currently uses one shared description and hashtag set. Platform-specific options appear only when the connected network supports them; separate captions per platform are not currently available.
Can I upload photos and videos?+
The current New Post workflow supports video publishing. Standalone photo publishing is not currently available.
Why isn't my video uploading?+
Check the file format, file size, browser and internet connection. Keep the page open during upload and try again from a stable network if it stops.
Can I edit a post after publishing?+
QuickPost cannot edit a post after the social network has published it. Make changes directly on the destination platform when that platform allows editing.
Scheduling Posts
Can I schedule posts?+
Yes. New Post includes a Schedule option for choosing a future date and time.
How do I schedule a post?+
In New Post, choose Schedule instead of Publish now, select a future date and time, then confirm the selected accounts and submit the post.
Schedule a postWhy didn't my scheduled post publish?+
The social account may have disconnected, the provider may have rejected the media, or the account may no longer have active plan access. Check History and reconnect the affected account before retrying.

Contact SupportSecurity & Privacy
Does QuickPost have access to my social media password?+
For OAuth-based connections, the social network handles authorization and QuickPost does not receive your social password. Bluesky uses an app password, not your regular password, and sends it securely to the connection provider.
How is social account access protected?+
Social authorization and publishing happen on the backend. Provider credentials are not exposed to the browser. Access is limited to the permissions approved during connection.
What should I do if I think my account was compromised?+
Change the relevant password, review provider sessions, disconnect unfamiliar social connections and contact QuickPost support. Never send anyone your password.

Posting & Social Accounts
How do I connect a social media account?+
Open Settings, find the platform, select Connect account and complete the provider authorization. Return to Settings to confirm the account appears as connected.
Connected accountsWhich social platforms does QuickPost support?+
The current platform list is: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky. Availability can still depend on the social network, account type and required permissions.
Can I publish to multiple platforms at the same time?+
Yes. In New Post, select every connected account you want to use. Each destination counts as one Social Post.
Open New PostWhy can't I connect my social account?+
The authorization may have expired, required permissions may be missing, the account may be restricted, or the provider may be temporarily unavailable. Try the connection again and accept every required permission. Contact support if it continues.
Why did my post fail?+
Common causes include an expired connection, unsupported media, provider restrictions, file limits or a temporary social-network error. Open History for the destination-specific result, then reconnect the account or retry after correcting the reported issue.
View HistoryCan I reconnect an account?+
Yes. Open Settings and reconnect the account. Reconnecting the exact same social account does not create a new unique-account usage slot for the current cycle.
Can I disconnect a social account?+
Yes. Open Settings and use the disconnect control beside the exact account. Confirm the warning before QuickPost removes the connection.
