Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how QuickPost collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website, account features, social platform connections and publishing tools.

1. Information we collect
Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers and workspace settings.
Social account connection information, including OAuth authorization results, account identifiers, profile details returned by connected platforms and encrypted access or refresh tokens needed to provide publishing features.
Content you choose to upload or create in QuickPost, including videos, captions, hashtags, post settings, scheduling information and publishing history.
Payment and subscription information handled by our payment provider. QuickPost does not store full credit card numbers.
Technical information, such as browser, device, IP address, logs, cookie/session data and security events needed to operate, protect and improve the service.
2. How we use information
To create and secure your QuickPost account.
To let you connect social platforms through official OAuth flows.
To upload, schedule, publish and track short-form video content on the platforms you select.
To generate or assist with captions, hashtags or related content when you choose to use AI features.
To provide billing, support, fraud prevention, analytics, troubleshooting and product improvements.
To comply with legal, security and platform policy requirements.
3. Social platform data
QuickPost only accesses social platform data after you authorize a connection. The permissions requested depend on the platform and may include basic profile information and publishing permissions.
We use social platform data only to provide the features you request, such as showing connected accounts, publishing selected content, checking publish status and maintaining your connection.
We do not sell social platform data. We do not use social platform data for advertising. We do not transfer social platform data except as needed to provide QuickPost, comply with law, protect the service or with your explicit instruction.
You can revoke access from the relevant social platform settings, and you may ask us to delete stored connection data by contacting us.
4. Videos and generated content
Videos, captions, hashtags and context you provide are used to prepare and publish your posts, display previews and maintain publication history.
If you use AI features, your video context, transcript, caption draft, hashtags or related inputs may be processed to generate suggestions. You can edit or remove generated text before publishing.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish through QuickPost complies with applicable laws and each platform's rules.
5. Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate QuickPost, including hosting, authentication, database/storage, payment processing, analytics, email/support and connected social platform APIs.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to QuickPost and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Encrypted OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect a platform, delete your account, revoke access or request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law or security needs.
Published content history may be retained so you can review prior posts, unless you delete it or request deletion where available.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including backend-only API access, encrypted OAuth token storage and restricted access to production secrets.
No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and respond to security issues responsibly.
8. Your choices and rights
You may access, update or delete certain account information from your account settings when available.
You may disconnect social accounts or revoke QuickPost access from the relevant platform's account settings.
You may request access, correction, deletion or export of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. International data transfers
QuickPost and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with this policy.
10. Children
QuickPost is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
